The organizing committee invites administrators and educators from the RELO Kyiv region (Ukraine, Moldova, and the Caucasus) to submit proposals on the following topics:
- The Culture and History of Academic Honesty in the Region
- The Role of Administrators in Promoting Academic Integrity
- Practical Classroom Approaches for Teaching Academic Integrity
- Building a Culture of Academic Integrity in Primary and Secondary Classrooms
- Academic Integrity and Plagiarism in Higher Education
We invite proposals for the following session formats:
- Workshops (40 minutes + Q&A): Workshops will introduce practical ideas and techniques. Presenters should combine lecture with an interactive component, like discussions, activities, or other group tasks.
- Short presentations (20 minutes + Q&A): These shorter sessions will not include an interactive component but should present the topic clearly and concisely by demonstrating a technique or discussing research findings.
- Panel discussions (40 minutes + Q&A): To apply for this format, please include a list of 3-8 people who will participate in the panel and describe how each of them will contribute to a common discussion topic.
All proposals should include a 30-60 word biography of your professional work, a title for your session, a 30-50 word session description to be included in the digital program book, and a 200-300 word abstract describing the goal and content of the session and justifying the need for it. There is a limit of one proposal per participant.
Proposals are due by January 13, 2021 at 11:59 PM Kyiv time (GMT+2).
